About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Manager to lead our team and work closely with our Pharmacist Manager. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who is driven, organised, and passionate about retail pharmacy.

As Retail Manager, you will be the driving force behind the daily operations of the store. You will inspire your team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing your retail team
• Managing store performance, budgets, and KPIs
• Overseeing stock control, merchandising, and store presentation
• Managing POS systems, cash handling, and security processes
• Preparing staff rosters in line with operational needs
• Supporting a culture of career progression and teamwork

About You:

While previous management experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate who brings strong leadership potential and a positive, proactive attitude.

Ideally, you will have:

• Experience in retail or customer service management (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership capability and team-building skills
• Sound analytical and problem-solving ability
• Experience with POS systems, stock control, and store budgeting
• A genuine passion for customer service and team development
