About the Position

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Retail Manager to lead our team and work closely with our Pharmacist Manager. While experience is valued, we’re happy to train the right candidate who brings enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

As our Retail Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our pharmacy’s daily operations. You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensure an outstanding customer experience, and help maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming store environment.

About You

• Previous management experience in Retail or Customer service (Preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Sound knowledge of POS WORKS, stock control, cash handling, security and store presentation;
• A clear understanding of staff rostering requirements and store budgets;
• Building relationships with suppliers;
• Provide your team with support and guidance, being involved in mentoring and development opportunities in the pursuit of continuous improvement.
