This is the perfect role if you want to build a rewarding career in pharmacy – no prior experience needed, just a caring attitude and willingness to learn.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting customers with their health and product needs
• Liaising with patients and doctors’ clinics
• Managing patient bookings and administration
• Supporting ongoing patient care and monitoring
• Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
• Assisting with stock control, ordering and presentation
• Helping patients trial and understand CPAP equipment
• Maintaining and cleaning CPAP machines after trials
• Supporting sleep data analysis and sales of CPAP machines, masks, and accessories

What we’re looking for:

• A caring, customer-first attitude
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Professional, organised and detail-oriented
• Computer literate and confident learning new systems
• A reliable team player who can also work independently
• Experience with CPAP therapy (not essential, but a bonus!)
