About the Role
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Register Operators to be the face of our front counter in a casual capacity. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering efficient and accurate register operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and leaving customers with a lasting positive impression.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating the register and handling cash and EFTPOS transactions with accuracy
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting with basic customer enquiries
• Maintaining a clean and organised register area
• Assisting with light merchandising or front-of-store tasks as required

About You
You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys working with people. You take pride in your attention to detail and understand the importance of accuracy when handling transactions.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Previous retail or register operation experience (preferred but not essential)
• Confidence in handling cash and using point-of-sale systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Reliability and a good work ethic
