About the role:

Terry White Chemmart Westlands is currently recruiting for a Dispensary Technician looking for an innovative, challenging and highly rewarding position in a supportive and collaborative work environment. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure that the successful candidate will thrive in their new role.

The Dispensary Technician role will include:

- Assisting the pharmacist in the dispensary;

- Stock Ordering & unpacking of dispensary lines;

- Providing appropriate information and advice to customers on OTC medicines;

- Maintaining order and cleanliness of the dispensary;

- Providing exceptional customer service in the dispensary as well as the front of the shop when needed;

- Webster packing as required.

About You:

To be successful in applying for this opportunity, you will ideally possess the following

- Willingness to Learn 

- Strong Pharmacy product knowledge, including S2/S3 medications;

- Excellent computer skills;

- Exceptional customer service skills- you will surprise and delight our customers - every day;

- Reliable and enthusiastic work ethic;

- Adaptability and willingness to work as part of a team;

- Excellent communication skills.
