About the Role We are on the hunt for Casual Pharmacy Assistants to join our fantastic team at Marion in the Westfield Shopping Centre! You will work under the supervision of our Retail Manager and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. As the first friendly face our customers see, you'll greet them with a warm welcome and create a positive first impression! You'll guide them to the right team members with a cheerful attitude, ensuring they feel valued and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Additionally, you will assist with stocking and facing shelves, ticketing and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organised store, and processing transactions at the register whilst wishing customers warm regards.
About You We seek individuals with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. - Previous Pharmacy or Retail experience (preferred);
- Cash handling and register skills;
- Customer focused;
- Strong communication skills between all stakeholders;
- Dedicated work ethic;
- Can work in a team and individually;
- Flexible availability, especially through December's extended trading hours;
- Eye for detail and accuracy.
