About the Role

As a Full-Time Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a positive and seamless experience for every customer who visits our store. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with the Retail Manager to ensure the store operates efficiently while delivering outstanding service.

 

This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where no two days are the same.

 

You will:

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the right products for their needs
  • Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere
  • Maintain visually appealing shelves and displays through effective merchandising and stock replenishment
  • Ensure accurate pricing and clear product ticketing
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the register
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving and organising deliveries
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety throughout the store
  • Support daily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficientl

This role offers the opportunity to develop valuable retail and healthcare industry skills, with ongoing support and training provided.

 

About You

You are enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You enjoy working in a team environment and take pride in contributing to a positive workplace culture.

 

Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous pharmacy or retail experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience handling cash and operating registers
  • A strong customer-first mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A reliable and proactive work ethic
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the business
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
