As Pharmacist Manager, you will oversee daily operations while working alongside an experienced and supportive team. Our pharmacy has an established customer base and strong community presence, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care and leading your team with confidence.

Your role will include:

• Leading and mentoring a dedicated pharmacy team

• Delivering exceptional customer and patient care

• Overseeing daily operations and workflow management

• Ensuring compliance with professional and legislative requirements

• Building strong relationships within the local community

You will bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an AHPRA registered pharmacist 
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Understanding and execution of professional services
• High level of teamwork 
• Ability to foster a positive, team-oriented environment
• Experience managing a busy dispensary
• Currently residing in Australia with full working rights
